– Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is FRSH Scents. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents aged 18 years or over in the United Kingdom and European Union.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • An Instagram and/or TikTok account and internet access are required to enter.

 

3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs for six (6) consecutive weeks:

  • Week 1: Commencing 14 August 2025

  • Week 2: Commencing 21 August 2025

  • Week 3: Commencing 28 August 2025

  • Week 4: Commencing 4 September 2025

  • Week 5: Commencing 11 September 2025

  • Week 6: Commencing 18 September 2025
    Entries for each weekly prize draw close at 23:59 GMT on the Wednesday of that week.

 

4. How to Enter
To enter during the promotional period:

  1. Follow @frshscents on Instagram and/TikTok.

  2. Like the giveaway post for that week.

  3. Tag at least one (1) person in the comments.

  4. In 25 words or less, tell us why you deserve to win a Gumball 3000 Driver’s Jacket.
    (Sharing the post to your Instagram Stories and tagging @frshscents will gain you one (1) additional entry for that week.)

No purchase necessary. Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, or copied will be disqualified.

 

5. Prizes

  • There are six (6) prizes in total: each prize is one (1) official Gumball 3000 Driver’s Jacket.

  • One (1) prize will be awarded each week.

  • Jacket size may vary subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or swapped for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Each week, one (1) winner will be selected by FRSH Scents based on creativity and originality of their 25-word or less entry.

  • Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok within three (3) days of the weekly closing date.

  • Winners must respond within five (5) days to confirm their prize. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

 

7. General

  • By entering, entrants confirm that their entry is their own work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with these terms.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries or for any issues with internet or social media platforms beyond its control.

  • Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s nominated address. Delivery times may vary.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8. Publicity
By entering, winners agree to the use of their Instagram or TikTok handle, and entry for promotional purposes related to this competition, without payment.

 

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
